The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning and lubricating drive chains, in particular of motorcycles, with a substantially closed housing consisting of two mutually connectable halves having openings for allowing the drive chain to pass through and with brushes which are attached in the housing to wipe off the drive chain. An easy and effective cleaning is achieved in such a way that nozzles are provided in the housing which are directed against the drive chain and are in connection with connections on the outside of the housing and that the housing is provided with a drainage opening which is arranged for the bleeding off of the media injected into the apparatus.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour nettoyer et lubrifier des chaînes de transmission (2), notamment de motocyclettes. Ledit dispositif comprend un carter essentiellement fermé, qui est composé de deux demi-carters (7, 8) pouvant être assemblés, et qui présente des ouvertures pour permettre le passage de la chaîne de transmission (2), ainsi que des brosses (9) montées dans le carter, servant à nettoyer la chaîne de transmission (2). Afin d'assurer un nettoyage facile et efficace, des ajutages (10) sont prévus dans le carter et dirigés sur la chaîne de transmission (2), lesdits ajutages étant reliés à des raccords sur le côté extérieur du carter. Le carter présente une ouverture d'évacuation (15) permettant l'écoulement des agents projetés dans le dispositif.
