ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The device has a housing for receipt of footwear to be cleaned. Within the housing is a grate upon which the sole of the footwear rests. A lower spray pipe is disposed beneath the grate and has a number of orifices arranged to direct liquid under pressure upwardly through the grate and onto the underside of the sole. An upper annular spray pipe is disposed above the grate and encircles the upper area of the footwear. The upper spray pipe has a number of orifices arranged to direct liquid under pressure against the upper area. There is a drain from which liquid may discharge from the housing.
