Device for cleaning of surfaces under water,such as ship hulls, comprising a rotary disc (1) furnished with nozzles (2) for discharge of pressurized liquid against the surface to be cleaned. The nozzles (2) are mounted obliquely in relation to the rotational axis (3) of the rotary disc (1) and are arranged to be supplied with pressurized liquid through a hollow spindle (4) that is concentric with the rotational axis (3). The nozzles have an inclination that have an orientation involving that the velocity component (Vp) of the liquid jet from each nozzle (2) that is not perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned, has a tangential velocity component (Vt) that has the same direction as the direction of rotation (R) of the rotary disc (1) and optionally a radial velocity component that is positive, i.e. that is directed outwards in relation to the centre of the disc.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage de surfaces sous-marines, notamment des coques de bateau. Ce dispositif comprend un disque rotatif (1) doté d'ajutages (2) pour évacuer un liquide pressurisé contre la surface à nettoyer. Des ajutages (2) sont montés de manière oblique, par rapport à l'axe de rotation (3) du disque rotatif (1), et sont agencés pour être alimentés par un liquide pressurisé par une aiguille creuse (4) qui est concentrique par rapport à l'axe de rotation (3). Ces ajutages présentent une inclinaison présentant une orientation impliquant que le composant de vitesse (V¿p?) du jet de liquide provenant de chaque ajutage (2) n'est pas perpendiculaire à la surface à nettoyer, et présente un composant de vitesse tangentielle (V¿t?) présentant la même direction que la direction de rotation (R) du disque rotatif (1) et éventuellement un composant de vitesse radiale qui est positif, à savoir qui est dirigé vers l'extérieur, par rapport au centre du disque.
