The device has a conduit having a portion located in the chamber, with the conduit having a lumen extending along the conduit and an inflation opening communicating with the lumen. The device has an inflatable balloon of elastic material secured to the con- duit in the chamber and defining a cavity communicating with the inflation opening, with the balloon comprising a material slightly permeable to liquid.
