An arrangement for collecting a tissue or stool sample has a sample vial and a source of preservative fluid. A fluid valve controls a flow of the preservative fluid from the source of preservative fluid to the sample vial. An air equalization vent tube is coupled to the source of preservative fluid and an air valve controls a flow of air through the air equalization vent tube, the air valve and the fluid valve being actuated simultaneously. A scoop for collecting the sample is coupled to the sample vial coupler and extends into the sample vial. The preservative fluid flows from the source of preservative fluid to the sample vial by force of gravity upon actuation of the fluid valve. The air equalization vent tube transfers air from the sample vial to the source of preservative fluid upon actuation of the air valve.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de recueil d'un échantillon de tissu ou de selles comportant un flacon à échantillon et une source de fluide conservateur. Une soupape de fluide contrôle un flux de fluide conservateur provenant de la source de fluide conservateur et allant jusqu'au flacon d'échantillon. Un tube à ouverture de régulation d'air est couplé à la source de fluide conservateur et une soupape à air contrôle un flux d'air dans le tube à ouverture de régulation d'air, la soupape à air et la soupape de fluide étant actionnées simultanément. Un récepteur destiné à recueillir l'échantillon est couplé au coupleur de flacon d'échantillon et s'étend dans le flacon d'échantillon. Le fluide conservateur s'écoule de la source de fluide conservateur dans le flacon d'échantillon par la force de gravité après activation de la soupape de fluide. Le tube à ouverture de régulation d'air transfère l'air du flacon d'échantillon à la source du fluide conservateur après activation de la soupape à air.
