12 ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a device for compensating the temperature drifts of the gain of an ultra-high frequency electric signal amplifier, comprising a bi-gate field effect transistor coupled by a first gate to the ultra-high frequency signal source and by its output to the input of the amplifier. It also comprises a temperature sensor coupled to the second gate of the bi-gate transistor for controlling the gain of the bi-gate transistor as a function of the temperature variations.
