This device allows a telephone switch (SW) to be connected to a fixed telephone network (PSTN) via a radiotelephone network (PLMN), GSM or derivative; a plurality of fixed user terminals (UT1, ... UT100) being connected to the said telephone switch. The said device comprises a plurality of fixed radiotelephone terminals (RT1, ... RT3), and means of co-ordination (CD) for dynamically managing the assignment of radiotelephone terminals (RT1, ... RT3) to telephone calls between the fixed telephone network (PSTN) and user terminals (UT1, ... UT100). They activate each instant one only of the fixed radiotelephone terminals (RT1, ... RT3) selected from those available at the instant considered, to connect it with terminal search messages.

Ce dispositif permet de relier un commutateur téléphonique (SW) à un réseau téléphonique fixe (PSTN) via un réseau radiotéléphonique (PLMN) de type GSM ou dérivé; une pluralité de terminaux d'usager fixes (UT1,..., UT100) étant reliés à ce commutateur téléphonique. Ce dispositif comporte une pluralité de terminaux radiotéléphoniques (RT1,...,RT3) fixes, et des moyens de coordination (CD) pour gérer dynamiquement l'affectation des terminaux radiotéléphoniques (RT1,...,RT3) aux communications téléphoniques établies entre le réseau téléphonique fixe (PSTN) et les terminaux d'usager (UT1,..., UT100). Ils activent à chaque instant un seul des terminaux radiotéléphoniques fixes (RT1,...,RT3), choisi parmi ceux qui sont disponibles à l'instant considéré, pour le mettre à l'écoute des messages de recherche d'un terminal.
