The present invention relates to a device for adjusting the flanges in a conveyor belt structure (B) which comprises means (F) for fixing together a flange (C), the conveyor belt structure and said device; top support means (1) for fixing the device to the structure (B) of the conveyor belt with the fixing means (F); bottom support means (2) to which the flange (C) is fixed by means of the fixing means (F) passing through the conveyor belt structure (B); an adjusting screw (3) which allows raising or lowering of the flange (C); an adjusting nut (4) integral with the top support means (1) for allowing the upward or downward movement of the adjusting screw (3); a bush-holder (5) integral with the bottom support means (2); a bush (6) mounted in the bush-holder (5), for allowing rotation of the adjusting screw (3) relative to the bottom support means (2); a washer (7) for preventing friction between the adjusting screw (3) and the bush-holder (5); a lock-nut (8) for fixing the position of the adjusting screw (3); twisting means (9) for rotating said adjusting screw (3); and stop means (10) for supporting the bush (6), the bush-holder (5) and the bottom support means (2).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour la régulation d'éléments de protection dans une structure (B) de courroies transporteuses. Ce dispositif comprend des moyens de fixation (F) pour fixer un élément de protection (C), la structure de la courroie transporteuse et ledit dispositif; un moyen de support supérieur (1) pour fixer le dispositif à la structure (B) de la courroie transporteuse avec les moyens de fixation (F); un moyen de support inférieur (2) dans lequel l'élément de protection (C) est fixé à l'aide des moyens de fixation (F) par l'intermédiaire de la structure (B) de la courroie transporteuse; une vis de réglage (3) qui permet de faire monter ou descendre l'élément de protection (C); un écrou de réglage (4) monté solidaire avec le moyen de support supérieur (1) pour permettre la montée ou la descente de la vis de réglage (3); un porte-douille (5) monté solidaire avec le moyen de support inférieur (2); une douille (6) montée dans le porte-douille (5), qui permet la rotation de la vis de réglage (3) par rapport au moyen de support inférieur (2); une collerette (7) pour éviter un frottement entre la vis de réglage (3) et le porte-douille (5); un contre-écrou (8) pour maintenir la position de la vis de réglage (3); un moyen de couple (9) pour mettre en rotation ladite vis de réglage (3); et un moyen d'arrêt (10) pour porter la douille (6), le porte-douille (5) et le moyen de support inférieur (2).
