The invention relates to a device for continuously capturing carbon dioxide contained in fumes, said device comprising: a first reactor (1A) for bringing the fumes into contact with solid particles, which are cooled, said reactor being associated with a first device (1B) for separating fumes depleted in carbon dioxide and solid particles provided with condensed carbon dioxide; a second reactor (2A) for treating said solid particles provided with condensed carbon dioxide, associated with a device (2D) for the liquid-solid separation of the liquefied carbon dioxide and solid particles; and a third reactor (3A) for cooling said solid particles, followed by the recyling of said cooled solid particles in the first reactor (1A). According to the invention, the device is characterised by a closed fluidisation gas circulation loop, the third reactor (3A) forming part of a refrigerating loop comprising a fast fluidised bed (3) fluidised by means of said gas and comprising a device (3B) for separating cooled solid particles and said gas which is injected into the second reactor (2A) that is also a reactor of a second loop comprising a fast fluidised bed (2) fluidised by means of said gas which is evacuated from a second cyclone-type separation device by means of same and reinjected into the third reactor (3A).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de capture continue de dioxyde de carbone contenu dans des fumées, comportant : - un premier réacteur (1A) de mise en contact des fumées avec des particules solides, les particules solides étant refroidies, associé à un premier dispositif de séparation (1B) des fumées appauvries en dioxyde de carbone et des particules solides pourvues de dioxyde de carbone condensé, - un deuxième réacteur (2A) de traitement de ces particules solides pourvues de dioxyde de carbone condensé, associé à un dispositif de séparation liquide-solides (2D) du dioxyde de carbone liquéfié et des particules solides, un troisième réacteur (3A) de refroidissement de ces particules solides avec recyclage de ces particules solides refroidies dans ledit premier réacteur (1A), Selon l'invention, le dispositif est caractérisé par une boucle fermée de circulation de gaz de fluidisation, ledit troisième réacteur (3A) faisant partie d'une boucle frigorifique à lit fluidisé rapide (3) fluidisé au moyen de ce gaz et comportant un dispositif de séparation (3B) des particules solides refroidies et de ce gaz qui est injecté dans ledit deuxième réacteur (2A) qui est également un réacteur d'une deuxième boucle à lit fluidisé rapide (2) fluidisé au moyen de ce gaz, qui grâce à un deuxième dispositif de séparation de type cyclone en est évacué et réinjecté dans ledit troisième réacteur (3A).
