ABSTRACT Apparatus for continuously cutting a waste strip between two usable strips of a sheet employs two rotating cutting devices each provided with a cutting edge arranged opposite to the other and counterparts arranged opposite to and each overlapping the respective cutting devices. The cutting devices are arranged symmetrically and opposite to each other on a shaft, and at least a pair of pressing devices is advanced on either side of the cutting device as far as the cutting plane. The apparatus permits the simultaneous production of at least two superimposed paper products which are in a ready-for-use condition.
