The device comprises a body provided with an air inlet, a fuel gas inlet, a fuel gas air mixture outlet, a gas passage variable by control means for controlling the flow of gas through the device and an adjustable air passage for adjusting the flow of air through the device, wherein the passages constitute the area in the body where the controlled flows of fuel gas and air are combined and blended.
