The device comprises a pulley linked to a cloth winding roller and that features a race forming a lock slot for a driving rope, while a plate is suited to cantilever-support the pulley and to be fastened to an end of a box where the cloth winding roller is housed. For guiding the rope there is a body that features a center hole, crossed by a grooved cylinder of the pulley; the body is suited to be mounted on the pulley along the race and to be associated with the plate in an intermediate position between the plate and the box. The body is provided, on opposite sides, with a first and a second pair of slits through which the rope comes out towards the outside and the inside of the room to a window of which the cloth curtain is fitted, while a rim of the hole features a curved wall, designed to enclose, in mounting position, the race of the pulley.
