A device for grilling small pieces of food is described which is a basket (1) including a mesh. The device fits inside of conventional grills even when the lid of the grill is closed and can be easily removed for shaking and turning over of the small pieces of food without falling out. The basket optionally has a removable lid (4") that can be used independently of the device as a cooking surface. When the lid is in place, the entire device may be turned over. When the lid (4") is either off or in the up position, the food inside may be stirred or moved.

L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif qui permet de faire griller des petits morceaux d'aliments. Le dispositif se présente sous la forme d'un panier (1) comportant un maillage, que l'on peut insérer dans un gril classique même lorsque le couvercle du gril est refermé, et que l'on peut extraire facilement en vue de remuer et de retourner les petits morceaux d'aliments sans risquer de les faire tomber. En option, il est possible d'équiper le panier d'un couvercle amovible (4") susceptible d'être utilisé indépendamment du dispositif en tant que surface de cuisson. Lorsque le couvercle est en place, l'ensemble du dispositif peut être retourné. Lorsque le couvercle (4") n'est pas monté ou bien se trouve en position ouverte, il est possible de remuer ou de déplacer les aliments qui se trouvent à l'intérieur du dispositif.
