Abstract of the Disclosure A device for cutting web material into strips is disclosed, com- prising a plurality of pairs of upper and lower blades arranged side by side along an arcuate rail. In a preferred form, the lower cutters comprise cylindrical cutters having a plurality of grooves each of which may define a cutting edge. The cutters are mounted on a frame that is swingable.
