The invention relates to a device for detachably clamping and connecting a longitudinal carrier (1) to an additional component of the implant. The inventive device comprises A) at least one yoke-like connecting body (2) having a through-bore (6) that penetrates the web, B) coupling means (64; 65) that are arranged at the connecting body (2) for fixing the connecting body (2) to an additional component of the implant, C) a yoke-like clamping body (7) which can glide in the through-bore (6) and has springy side walls (19; 20) and an opening (16) that forms the yoke and serves for receiving the longitudinal carrier (1) and D) fixing means (9), whereby E) the side walls (19; 20) of the clamping body (7) are provided with elevations (47; 48) and F) the cross-section of the opening (16) is reduced by means of at least one component (2; 43) to such an extent that a longitudinal carrier (1) which is inserted into the opening (16) is pressed against the elevations (47; 48), whereby said component (2; 43) is moved in relation to the clamping body (7). A wedging effect is thus exerted on the elevations (47; 48) and the side walls (19; 20) are pressed against the wall of the through-bore (6).

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour serrer et assembler, de manière libérable, un support longitudinal (1) avec un composant additionnel d'un implant. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend: (A) au moins un corps d'assemblage (2) du type étrier, présentant un alésage traversant (6) qui passe à travers la partie pleine; (B) des moyens d'accouplement (64; 65) qui sont disposés sur le corps d'assemblage (2) pour fixer celui-ci sur un composant additionnel de l'implant; (C) un corps de serrage (7) du type étrier qui peut glisser dans l'alésage traversant (6) et présente des parois latérales (19, 20) faisant ressort, ainsi qu'une ouverture (16) qui donne sa forme à l'étrier et est destinée à recevoir le support oblong (1); et (D) des moyens de fixation (9), (E) les parois latérales (19; 20) du corps de serrage (7) étant pourvues d'élévations (47; 48), et (F) la section de l'ouverture (16) étant réduite, au moyen d'au moins un composant (2; 43) du dispositif pouvant être déplacé par rapport au corps de serrage (7), de telle sorte qu'un support oblong (1) inséré dans ladite ouverture (16) est pressé contre les élévations (47; 48), ce qui a pour résultat de créer un effet de blocage sur les élévations (47; 48) et de presser les parois latérales (19; 20) contre la paroi de l'alésage traversant (6).
