The invention concerns a device (100) for close protection of products arranged on a work top (12) such as a conveyor, sensitive to contamination by ambient air, by diffusing a sterile air stream along a direction substantially perpendicular (v) or parallel to said work top, said device extending along said work top and having at least one end joined to a wall (10) such that there is an air gap between said end and said wall. The invention is characterised in that the end is formed by a porous wall in perforated material extending substantially perpendicular to said device longitudinal axis (X) so as to generate in said air gap a sterile air leakage directed outwards opposite the work top, said sterile air leakage countering a possible ambient air induction in said gap towards said work top.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (100) pour la protection rapprochée de produits disposés sur un plan de travail (12) tel qu'un convoyeur, sensibles à la contamination par l'ambiance, par diffusion d'une veine d'air stérile selon une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire (v) ou parallèle audit plan de travail, ledit dispositif s'étendant le long dudit plan de travail et présentant au moins une extrémité accolée à une paroi (10) de sorte qu'il existe un intervalle d'air entre ladite extrémité et ladite paroi. Selon l'invention ladite extrémité est formée par une paroi poreuse en matériau perforé, s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (X) dudit dispositif, de manière à créer dans ledit intervalle une fuite d'air stérile dirigée vers l'extérieur à l'opposé du plan de travail, cette fuite d'air stérile contrant une éventuelle induction d'air ambiant dans ledit intervalle vers ledit plan de travail.
