The invention is directed to a motor driven dispensing device for dispensing flowable substances from a container. When dispensing a flowable substance from the container (13) by means of the motor-driven dispensing device, to ensure that the container (13) is properly inserted into the device, that the substance is still usable and/or that the dispensing speed is selected in accordance with the viscosity or other properties of the substance, the container (13) is provided with a marking which may be stored in a transponder (25) provided at a front container cap (16). When the container (13) is properly inserted into the dispensing device, the transponder (25) cooperates with a sensor (26) disposed in an end wall (11) of the dispensing device for enabling and/or controlling the dispensing mechanism on the basis of the characteristic data detected.
L'invention concerne un appareil de distribution commandé par un moteur, servant à distribuer une matière coulante contenue dans un contenant (13). L'invention vise à permettre à un utilisateur dudit appareil de s'assurer, lors de la distribution, que le contenant (13) est positionné correctement dans l'appareil, que la matière est encore utilisable et/ou de sélectionner la vitesse de distribution en fonction de la viscosité ou d'autres propriétés de la matière. A cet effet, le contenant (13) est pourvu d'une marque qui est mémorisée par exemple dans un transpondeur (25) placé au niveau d'un élément de recouvrement antérieur (16) du contenant. Lorsque le contenant (13) est positionné correctement dans l'appareil de distribution, le transpondeur (25) coopère avec une unité d'interrogation (26) placée dans une paroi frontale (11) du contenant et déclenchant et/ou commandant le mécanisme de distribution sur la base des données caractéristiques détectées.
