ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device for lifting and dislodging ingrown facial or neck hairs from the skin and which device is adapted for use either independently of as incorporated in the cutter head of electric dry shaver. The device includes a plate member formed with raking teeth projecting out- wardly of a recessed portion of a hand-held casing or from the outer cutter of a cutter head assembly for traversal across the skin of the user.
