A device (1) for dispensing a fluid comprises a sealed container (2) for the fluid, a carrier (3) for a cartridge (4) with pressurized propellant gas, pressure reducing means (7), a dip tube (10) for transporting fluid upward out of the container under the influence of the propellant, which dip tube connects to a dispensing channel (13) via a first valve (11, 76), which can be opened from outside for the purpose of pressing fluid, with the overpressure from the propellant, to the outlet (12) of a dispensing channel, and there dispensing it. A second valve (25, 75) is present between the pressure reducing means and the container for allowing passage of propellant gas to the container in the opened position. An operating handle (38) serves to operate the valves, wherein there are three stable positions, i.e. a rest position in which both valves are closed, a standby position in which the first valve is closed and the second valve is opened, and an operative position in which both valves are opened.

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) permettant de distribuer un fluide qui comprend - un récipient étanche (2) pour le fluide, - un support (3) pour une cartouche (4) avec du gaz propulseur sous pression, - un moyen réducteur de pression (7), - un tube plongeur (10) permettant de transporter le fluide vers le haut, hors de récipient, sous l'influence du propulseur, un tel tube plongeur se raccorde à un canal de distribution (13) via une première soupape (11, 76), laquelle peut être ouverte de l'extérieur dans le but de presser le fluide, avec la surpression du propulseur, vers la sortie (12) du canal de distribution, et pour enfin distribuer le fluide à partir de là. Une second soupape (25, 75) est présente entre le moyen réducteur de pression et le récipient permettant le passage d'un gaz propulseur vers le récipient en position ouverte. Une poignée d'actionnement (38) sert à faire fonctionner les soupapes, où l'on retrouve trois positions stables, par exemple, une position de repos dans laquelle les deux soupapes sont fermées, une position d'attente dans laquelle la première soupape est fermée et la seconde soupape est ouverte, et une position fonctionnelle dans laquelle les deux soupapes sont ouvertes.
