This invention relates to a separation means (9) for distributing wood fibers on a running web (10) for the manufacture of wood fiberboard, which wood fibers are supplied dispersed in a carrier gas from a distribution means (6), where the separation means (9) comprises a rotary roll (12) and means (8) for supplying the carrier gas with dispersed fibers substantially tangentially to said roll (12). The essential feature of the invention is that the carrier gas and wood fibers are separated from each other in that said roll (12) rotates at a speed substantially exceeding the speed of the supplied carrier gas, that the wood fibers are discharged through an opening (16), and that the carrier gas is recycled through a return line (11).
Cette invention concerne un moyen de séparation (9) destiné à la distribution de fibres de bois sur une bande circulante (10) pour la production d'un panneau de fibres de bois, lesquelles fibres de bois sont fournies dispersées dans un gaz porteur par un moyen de distribution (6), le moyen de séparation (9) comprenant un rouleau rotatif (12) et un moyen (8) destiné à fournir le gaz porteur avec des fibres dispersées de manière sensiblement tangentielle audit rouleau (12). La caractéristique essentielle de l'invention est que le gaz porteur et les fibres de bois sont séparés mutuellement, ledit rouleau (12) tournant à une vitesse sensiblement supérieure à la vitesse du gaz porteur alimenté, et que les fibres de bois sont déchargées par une ouverture (16) et le gaz porteur est recyclé par un conduit de retour (11).
