The invention relates to a device (1) for dosing and dry nebulization of nebulizable material (12) , comprising a nebulization channel (3) , which has a first attachment piece and a second attachment piece, and a source of compressed carrier gas connected to the first attachment piece via a valve (16) for the purpose of sending a carrier gas pressure pulse into the nebulization channel. The device is characterized in that between the first attachment piece and second attachment piece, and above the nebulization channel, a reservoir (10) open only towards the nebulization channel, and used for receiving the nebulizable material, is connected to the nebulizaton channel such that it is gas-tight with respect to the environment, and that, when the valve is closed, a pressure compensation (22) takes place in the nebulization channel and in the reservoir. The invention also relates to the use of this device for inhaled administration of a powdered pharmaceutical preparation, and to a method for dosing and dry nebulization of nebulizable material by means of such a device.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de dosage et de nébulisation à sec d'une substance nébulisable (12) comprenant un canal de nébulisation (3) qui possède une première pièce de fixation et une deuxième pièce de fixation, ainsi qu'une source de gaz vecteur comprimé reliée à la première pièce de fixation au moyen d'une valve (16) et qui sert à envoyer une impulsion de pression du gaz vecteur dans le canal de nébulisation. Le dispositif se caractérise en ce que, entre la première pièce de fixation et la deuxième pièce de fixation, et au-dessus du canal de nébulisation, un réservoir (10), ouvert uniquement sur le canal de nébulisation, et utilisé pour recevoir la substance nébulisable, est relié au canal de nébulisation de sorte que ledit réservoir est étanche au gaz par rapport à l'environnement, et de sorte que, lorsque la valve est fermée, une régulation de la pression (22) se produise dans le canal de nébulisation et dans le réservoir. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un tel dispositif pour administrer une préparation pharmaceutique en poudre par inhalation et un procédé de dosage et de nébulisation à sec d'une substance nébulisable au moyen dudit dispositif.
