The invention relates to a device (1) for dosing and dry nebulization of nebulizable material (12) chosen from the group comprising anti-infective agents and immunomodulators, comprising a nebulization channel (3) , which has a first attachment piece and a second attachment piece, and a source of compressed carrier gas connected to the first attachment piece via a valve (16) for the purpose of sending a carrier gas pressure pulse into the nebulization channel. The device is characterized in that between the first attachment piece and second attachment piece, and above the nebulization channel, a reservoir (10) open only towards the nebulization channel, which contains the nebulizable material (12), is connected to the nebulizaton channel such that it is gas-tight with respect to the environment, and that, when the valve is closed, a pressure compensation (22) takes place in the nebulization channel and in the reservoir. The invention also relates to a method for dosing and dry nebulization of such a nebulizable material by means of such a device.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour le dosage et la nébulisation à sec d'une substance nébulisable (12) sélectionnée dans le groupe comprenant des agents anti-infectieux et des immunomodulateurs. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend un conduit de nébulisation (3) muni d'un premier élément de fixation et d'un deuxième élément de fixation, ainsi qu'une source de gaz vecteur comprimé raccordée au premier élément de fixation au moyen d'une soupape (16) afin d'envoyer une impulsion de pression de gaz vecteur dans le conduit de nébulisation. Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que, entre le premier élément de fixation et le deuxième élément de fixation et au-dessus du conduit de nébulisation, un réservoir (10) qui est ouvert uniquement en direction du conduit de nébulisation et qui contient la substance nébulisable (12) est relié au conduit de nébulisation de manière à être étanche au gaz par rapport à l'environnement et de sorte que, lorsque la soupape est ouverte, une compensation de pression (22) se fait dans le conduit de nébulisation et dans le réservoir. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour le dosage et la nébulisation à sec d'une substance nébulisable au moyen du dispositif selon l'invention.
