The invention relates to a device for use in osteosynthesis, in particular for drilling, cutting threads or inserting implants. Said device comprises a drill bushing (1) with a longitudinal axis (2), a rear end (6), into which an instrument or implant can be introduced, a front end (5) that can be placed on an implant or a bone and a hollow chamber (11) lying coaxially to the longitudinal axis, a supporting handle (9) that can be connected to the drill bushing (1) and a coolant connection (10), through which a coolant can be conducted directly into the hollow chamber (11) of the drill bushing (1). Said drill bushing (1) is divided into two parts along the longitudinal axis (2). The drill bushing (1) can thus be used to tighten screws with a larger diameter screw head. Once the screw has been tightened, the half-shells (3; 4) of the drill bushing (1) are pushed apart and the drill bushing (1) is removed from the screw, without being hindered by the larger diameter screw head.
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à être utilisé à des fins d'ostéosynthèse, en particulier pour effectuer un perçage ou un filetage ou pour poser des implants. Ce dispositif comprend un guide de perçage (1) pourvu d'un axe longitudinal (2), d'une extrémité arrière (6) destinée à l'introduction d'un instrument ou d'un implant, d'une extrémité avant (5) pouvant être placée sur un implant ou sur un os et d'une cavité (11) coaxiale à l'axe longitudinal. Ce dispositif comprend également un manche (9) pouvant être relié au guide de perçage (1), ainsi qu'un raccord d'alimentation en fluide de refroidissement (10) par lequel un liquide de refroidissement peut être introduit directement dans la cavité (11) du guide de perçage (1). Ledit guide de perçage (1) est divisé en deux parties dans le sens de l'axe longitudinal (2), ce qui fait qu'il permet également de poser des vis dont la tête présente un diamètre supérieur à la tige. Une fois la vis engagée, les deux demi-coques (3 ; 4) du guide de perçage (1) sont séparées et le guide de perçage (1) est retiré de la vis sans être gêné par la tête de vis présentant un diamètre supérieur.
