The invention relates to a device for drying paper webs, especially tissue paper webs, with a dryer cylinder 1 and a dryer hood 2, 3 for blowing hot air onto the paper web. Currently, dryer hoods have drawbacks, caused especially by different gaps between the dryer cylinder and the dryer hood during operation, leading to non-uniform drying. The aim of the invention is to provide a device for efficient, uniform drying of a paper web, especially a tissue paper web, at high temperatures. The invention is mainly characterised by the inlet air parts of the dryer hood 2, 3, such as the nozzle basket 9 or the inlet duct 4, being uncoupled from the frame or hood structure 10. This is especially advantageous at operating temperatures of up to 700°C.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de séchage de bobines de papier, en particulier des bobines de papier hygiénique, à l'aide d'un rouleau sécheur (1) et d'une hotte de séchage en deux parties (2, 3) pour souffler de l'air chaud sur la bobine de papier. Actuellement, les hottes de séchage présentent des lacunes causées en particulier par différents écarts entre le rouleau sécheur et la hotte de séchage pendant le fonctionnement, ce qui provoque un séchage irrégulier. L'invention vise à offrir un dispositif assurant un séchage efficace et uniforme de la bobine de papier, en particulier une bobine de papier hygiénique, à des températures élevées. L'invention se caractérise surtout par les parties d'admission d'air de la hotte (2, 3), tel que le panier tuyère (9) ou le conduit d'admission (4), qui est désaccouplé du cadre ou de la structure de la hotte (10). Ce montage est particulièrement avantageux à des températures de service jusqu'à 700 degrés C.
