The invention concerns a device for dynamic stabilization of bones or bone fragments, in particular of vertebral bodies (4), and comprising: A) at least one longitudinal support (1) with longitudinal axis (3) and B) at least two bone anchoring means (2) respectively provided with a central axis (12) and an anchoring element (14) to be anchored on a bone. The invention is characterized in that C) each bone anchoring means (2) can be removably fixed on a longitudinal support (1) via a linking element equipped with clamping means (18). The longitudinal support (1) comprises in the axial direction D) a number >= 1 of flexible segments (16a) having a section surface (8) orthogonal to the longitudinal axis (3) and corresponding neither to a circle nor a regular polygon, and E) a number m = (n + 1) of practically rigid segments (16b) with any surface section, such that F) in total a number z >= (2n + 1) of axial segments (16a, 16b) is obtained.
L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à la stabilisation dynamique d'os ou de fragments d'os, notamment de corps vertébraux (4), et comprenant A) au moins un support longitudinal (1) à axe longitudinal (3) et B) au moins deux moyens d'ancrage osseux (2) respectivement pourvus d'un axe central (12) et d'un élément d'ancrage (14) servant à l'ancrage sur un os, caractérisé en ce que C) chaque moyen d'ancrage osseux (2) peut être fixé de manière détachable sur un support longitudinal (1) au moyen d'un élément de liaison (15) équipé de moyens de serrage (18). Le support longitudinal (1) comprend en sens axial D) un nombre n = 1 de segments souples (16a) qui ont une surface de section (8) orthogonale à l'axe longitudinal (3) et ne correspondant ni à un cercle ni à un polygone régulier, ainsi que E) un nombre m = (n + 1) de segments pratiquement rigides (16b) de surface de section quelconque, de sorte que F) on obtient ensemble un nombre z = (2n + 1) de segments axiaux (16a, 16b).
