ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides an electroanaesthesia device for use in dental treatment, comprising a pair of electric terminals adapted to be connected to a dental instrument and a part of a patient's body respectively, and a circuit for providing a preselected stabilized d.c. voltage across the terminals. This circuit comprises a stabilized d.c. voltage source, a current regulator connected in series with the stabilized d.c. voltage source and the output terminals, and a negative feedback circuit responsive to both the voltage at the output of the current regulator and the voltage across the pair of terminals. The negative feedback circuit controls the current regulator to maintain both the voltages constant.
