A device for enveloping and metered emptying of a package provided with at least one receiving space, surrounded by flexible material, with a dispense opening to be opened, surrounded by flexible material. The device comprises a first enveloping part with a flat supporting face for the package and a second enveloping part, hingedly connected therewith, provided with a covering face, which, from a position of use in which the covering face is in the same plane as the supporting face, can be folded back to an enveloping position in which the package is included between the first and second enveloping part. The first and second enveloping part are at least partly manufactured from a one-piece strip of a material which can be provided with a line hinge by a deforming operation, and can be held in their enveloping position by means of connecting means, the first enveloping part carrying coupling means for the package.
