ABSTRACT A physical exerciser, includlng:a handle having an axial bore extending from end to end: a handle liner having an axial bore extending from end to end; an elastic cord of a relatively rectangular cross section which is attached to the handle and liner, and forms a foot receiving loop; and one or more ring-like members having a longitudinal split through which two or more portions of the elastic member can be inserted to form the foot receiving loop and to form a loop around a stop piece which is removably displaced within the liner. The handle may be squeezed to exercise the hand muscles. The wrist muscles are exercised by pulling upon the handle which elongates the elastic member which is engaged with the users foot , creating physical resistance, and this resistance can be altered by changing that portion of the handle being gripped, thereby changing the leverage of the wrist muscles against the elastic member. The leg and arm muscles are also exercised by the elastic members resistance to being elongated, and all exercising can be performed while the user is walking.
