The present invention relates to a fastening device (100) for fastening a railwayrail (10) onto a support (4), com-prising a primary element (101) and a secondary element (102). The secondary element (102) corresponds to nut and bolt fasteners comprising at least one nut and one screw (9) with a screw body (82) and a screw head. The primary element (101) comprises at least one part (1,2) with an upper surface and lower surface, said part being crossed in its thickness by at least one aperture (80) able to receive said screw (9). Said aperture (80) is formed by a first recess (8) located on the upper surface of said part and intended for receiving the screw body and a second recess (8 ) located on the lower surface of said part and intended for receiving the screw head. According to the invention, the upper surface of the lower part is inclined according to a first slope (12) and the lower surface of the upper part is inclined according to a second slope (14), the first slope and the second slope being complementary. According to the invention, the upper part comprises means (81) for tilting the screw, said means located onthe edges of the firstrecess.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation (100) permettant de fixer un rail ferroviaire (10) sur un support (4). Le dispositif comprend un élément primaire (101) et un élément secondaire (102). L'élément secondaire (102) correspond à des dispositifs de fixation de type écrou et boulon comportant au moins un écrou et une vis (9) ayant un corps de vis (82) et une tête de vis. L'élément primaire (101) comprend au moins une partie (1,2) pourvue d'une surface supérieure et d'une surface inférieure, ladite partie étant traversée dans son épaisseur par au moins une ouverture (80) apte à recevoir ladite vis (9). Ladite ouverture (80) est formée d'une première fraisure (8) située sur la surface supérieure de ladite partie et conçue pour recevoir le corps de vis et d'une seconde fraisure (8) située sur la surface inférieure de ladite partie et conçue pour recevoir la tête de vis. Selon l'invention, la surface supérieure de la partie inférieure est inclinée suivant une première pente (12) et la surface inférieure de la partie supérieure est inclinée suivant une seconde pente (14), la première pente et la seconde pente étant complémentaires. Selon l'invention, la partie supérieure comprend un moyen (81) permettant d'incliner la vis, ledit moyen étant situé sur les bords de la première fraisure.
