The device (1) for filling bone cavities with fluid cement, acetabular cavities in particular, comprises a transfer channel (2) for transferring a fluid cement (F) with a first opening (3) which can be associated to a dispenser instrument (5) for dispensing the fluid cement and a second opening (4) through which the fluid cement exits, and that is associated to an applicator element (6) of the fluid to a bone cavity. The applicator element has a useful dispensing surface that is larger than the transfer channel and comprises a substantially plate-like body whose main opposite surfaces define a first side (7) for connecting to the transfer channel and a second side (8) for the application of the fluid cement. Furthermore, the second side has a containing border (9) of the fluid cement which can be positioned in contact against the edge of the bone cavity and which comprises a perimeter turned-up edge of the plate-like body which extends crosswise from the body itself.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif qui permet de remplir des cavités osseuse de ciment liquide, en particulier des cavités acétabulaires. Le dispositif de l'invention comprend un canal de transfert destiné au transfert de ciment liquide, lequel canal comporte une première ouverture qui peut être associée à un instrument distributeur afin de distribuer du ciment liquide, et une seconde ouverture à travers laquelle le ciment liquide est distribué et qui est associée à un élément applicateur permettant d'appliquer le ciment liquide dans une cavité osseuse. L'élément applicateur possède une surface de distribution utile plus grande que le canal de transfert et comprend un corps sensiblement plat dont les surfaces opposées principales définissent un premier côté destiné à être relié au canal de transfert, et un second côté destiné à l'application du ciment liquide. En outre, le second côté est muni d'un rebord contenant le ciment liquide, qui peut être placé en contact contre le bord de la cavité osseuse et qui comporte un bord périmétrique tourné vers le haut du corps plat, s'étendant transversalement depuis le corps lui-même.
