The invention relates to a device for the filtration of a complex fluid composition such as blood, characterised in that the device includes a base (12) with a bottom (18), a head (14) with a bottom (30), and a membrane (16) provided between said base and said head in order to define a lower chamber (C1) and an upper chamber (C2), an inlet tapping (26) for the complex composition to be filtered opening into said lower chamber (C1), an outlet tapping (28) for the retentate with flow adjustment means and opening into said lower chamber (C1), and an outlet tapping (36, 36-1) from the upper chamber (C2), wherein said outlet tapping (36, 36-1) for the permeate is subjected to a negative pressure.
L'objet de l' invention est un dispositif de filtration d'une composition fluide complexe tel que du sang, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une embase (12) avec un fond (18), une tête (14) avec un fond (30) et une membrane (16) disposée entre ladite embase et ladite tête de façon à définir une chambre C1 basse et une chambre C2 haute, un piquage (26) d'entrée de la composition complexe à filtrer débouchant dans la chambre C1 basse, un piquage (28) de sortie du rétentat avec des moyens de réglage du débit débouchant de cette même chambre C1 basse et un piquage (36, 36-1) de sortie de la chambre C2 haute, ce piquage (36,36-1) de sortie du perméat étant soumis à dépression.
