A heating muffle for a muffle kiln for the production of a dental ceramic product containing titanium, which comprises a hollow unit, which is provided with at least one opening for the uptake of the ceramic product and has completely heatable inner walls, an which can form together with a pedestal a firing chamber in which the ceramic product is heated by the inner walls, wherein the hollow unit comprises at least one spirally bent tube containing a heat conductor for a uniform heat transfer to the product and in order to avoid temperature gradients.
L'invention concerne un moufle de chauffage destiné à un four à moufle servant à la production d'un produit dentaire en céramique contenant du titane. Ce moufle comprend une unité creuse pourvue d'au moins une ouverture permettant d'introduire le produit en céramique dans l'unité, possédant des parois internes pouvant être totalement chauffées. Cette unité creuse peut former, avec un piédouche, une chambre de cuisson dans laquelle le produit de céramique est chauffé par les parois internes de l'unité creuse. L'unité creuse comporte au moins un tube plié en spirale contenant un conducteur de chaleur permettant d'obtenir un transfert de chaleur uniforme vers le produit, évitant ainsi les gradients de température.
