The invention relates to a device (1, 107, 201, 301) for fixing a glass panel (2, 101, 202, 314) having voltaic elements to a support (3) positioned at the side of a building. The glass panel (2, 101, 202, 314) is held between two clamping elements (4 and 5). According to the invention a coupling bowl (10) is supported on the internal clamping element (5) with adjustable pretension. A permanently elastic spring element (7) is positioned between the coupling bowl (10) and the internal clamping element (5) which permits a relative movement of the coupling bowl (10) in relation to the clamping element (5). The invention further aims to provide several spatial joints (12 and 13) between the glass panel (2) and the support (4) at the side of the building and to conduct the current through the fixing device (1, 107, 201, 301).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation (1, 107, 201, 301) permettant de fixer, sur un support (3) placé côté bâtiment, un panneau de verre (2, 101, 202, 314) comportant des éléments voltaïques, le panneau de verre (2, 101, 202, 314) étant maintenu entre deux éléments de serrage (4 et 5). Selon l'invention, une cloche d'accouplement (10) est appuyée sur l'élément de serrage (5) placé côté intérieur, avec une précontrainte réglable, un élément faisant ressort (7) à élasticité permanente étant placé entre ladite cloche d'accouplement (10) et ledit élément de serrage (5) placé côté intérieur. Cet élément faisant ressort permet un déplacement de la cloche d'accouplement (10) par rapport à l'élément de serrage (5). L'objectif de l'invention est en outre la formation de plusieurs articulations spatiales (12 et 13) entre le panneau de verre (2) et le support (4) placé côté bâtiment, ainsi que la réalisation de la dérivation du courant par le dispositif de fixation (1, 107, 201, 301).
