The invention relates to a device for fixing bones, particularly vertebral bodies, in relation to one another comprising a longitudinal bearer (1), which has a central axis (2), and comprising n anchoring elements (3.i) (2 <= i <= n) with longitudinal axes (4) and each having a front end (5) and a rear end (6). The longitudinal axes (4) of the implanted anchoring elements (3.i) are preferably at an angle ranging from 65~ to 115~ to the central axis (2) of the longitudinal bearer (1). At least one of the anchoring elements (3.j) (1 <= j <= n) is blade-shaped and comprises, at the rear end (6), receiving means (7) for the longitudinal bearer (1) with fixing means (8) for releasably locking the connection between the longitudinal bearer (1) and the anchoring element (3.j) so that the locked connection does not permit any relative movements between the longitudinal bearer (1) and the anchoring element (3.j) and so that it absorbs forces and moments in all three axial directions of a three- dimensional coordinate system.

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de fixer des os, notamment des corps vertébraux les uns par rapport aux autres, qui comprend un longeron (1) longitudinal comportant un axe central (2) et n éléments d'ancrage (3.i) (2 <= I <= n) ayant les axes longitudinaux (4), ainsi dans chaque cas, une extrémité avant (5) et une extrémité arrière (6). Les axes longitudinaux (4) des éléments d'ancrage (3.i) implantés se situent de préférence dans un angle compris entre 65 et 115· par rapport à l'axe central (2) du longeron (1). Au moins un des éléments d'ancrage (3.i) (1 <= j <= n) se présente sous forme de lame de couteau et comprend à l'extrémité arrière (6), des éléments de réception (7) pour le longeron (1) avec des éléments de fixation (8) pour bloquer de manière amovible l'assemblage entre le longeron (1) et l'élément d'ancrage (3.j), de sorte que l'assemblage bloqué ne permette pas de mouvements relatifs entre le longeron (1) et l'élément d'ancrage (3.j), et qu'il absorbe les forces et les moments dans les trois directions axiales d'un système de coordonnées tridimensionnel.
