The device (10) serves for the fixation of implants on, or in, a bone. It has a solid or hollow, longitudinal Core (1) with a longitudinal axis (2) and a number of wings (3) extending radially therefrom, the device being contained within an upright, regular cylinder with an outside diameter D = 28 + d and an identical longitudinal axis (2) forming its envelope, d corresponding to the diameter of an optional bore (9) formed in the core (1) and S corresponding to a value between 3 mm and 50 mm. Considered in a plane (6) extending orthogonally to the longitudinal axis (2), the ratio A a/A i existing between the outer surface portion A a - located within the annulus (7) representing the difference between the areas of the two circles with the respective diameters D = 2S + d and d i = S + d extending concentrically to the longitudinal axis (2) - and the inner surface portion A i - located within the annulus (8) extending concentrically to the longitudinal axis 2 and representing the difference between the areas of the two circles with the respective diameters d i and d - of the cross-sectional surface A = A a + A i of the implant located within the portion of the profile serving for the transmission of forces relative to the longitudinal axis 2 of the device, is at least 3 : 1. The advantages achieved by the present invention consist basically in the fact that the device according to the invention permits to minimise the damaging of the periost and of the spongiosa structure, thus enabling a better anchoring of the implant within the bone.
Le dispositif (10) est utilisé pour fixer des implants sur un os, ou dans un os. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend un noyau longitudinal, plein ou creux (1) ayant un axe longitudinal (2) et une pluralité d'ailettes (3) s'étendant radialement à partir de ce noyau. Le dispositif se situe dans une enveloppe formée par un cylindre rectiligne de base circulaire de diamètre extérieur D = 2S + d et de même axe longitudinal (2), d correspondant au diamètre d'un trou éventuel (9) dans le noyau (1), et S ayant une valeur comprise entre 3 et 50 mm. Dans un plan (6) orthogonal à l'axe longitudinal (2), le rapport Aa/AI entre la portion de surface extérieure Aa se situant dans l'anneau de cercle (7), en tant que différence des cercles qui sont concentriques à l'axe longitudinal (2), de diamètres D = 2S + d et dI = S + d, et la portion de surface intérieure AI de la surface transversale A = Aa + AI de l'implant dans la partie de transmission de force du profil, en tant que différence entre les cercles qui sont concentriques à l'axe longitudinal (2) de diamètres dI et d, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (2) du dispositif, s'élève au moins à 3 :1. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de minimiser les dommages du périoste et de la structure spongieuse et d'obtenir un meilleur ancrage de l'implant dans l'os.
