A device is used for forming holes and inserting sleeves in a unit incorporated in a dental bridge or a template for forming holes in bone. The unit comprises a shell and, arranged in the latter, a matrix material which is viscous at least in an initial forming stage and which gives the unit resiliency properties or is resilient as a function of one or more actions. The device comprises a perforating part (7) by means of which the shell and the substance can be penetrated and can be pushed aside counter to the effect of the resiliency in order to form holes or recesses. Arranged behind or under (over) the perforating part there is a sleeve-supporting portion by means of which a sleeve (5) assumes a position in the hole or recess and exposes its outside to said pushed-aside and resilient shell and substance or agent. The perforating part and the sleeve are arranged to prevent any substantial leakage of the substance or agent during the penetration and the sleeve application.
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de former des trous et des manchons d'insertion dans une unité incorporée dans un bridge dentaire ou un gabarit permettant de former des trous dans l'os. L'unité comprend une coquille et, placé dans cette coquille, un matériau matrice qui, au moins dans un état de moulage initial, est visqueux et qui confère à l'unité des caractéristiques de résilience ou est résilient comme fonction d'au moins une action. Le dispositif comprend un élément de perforation (7) qui pénètre dans la coquille et la substance et les écarte à l'encontre de l'effet de résilience en vue de former des trous ou évidements. Une section support de manchon, située derrière ou dessous (dessus) l'élément de perforation, permet au manchon (5) de prendre une certaine position dans le trou ou l'évidement et d'exposer son pourtour extérieur à cette coquille, cette substance ou cet agent écarté(e) et résilient(e). L'élément de perforation et le manchon sont conçus pour prévenir toute fuite notable de la substance ou de l'agent pendant la pénétration et l'application du manchon.
