The invention relates to a press device for making tablets from a mixture of at least one component that includes: a first control means (7) of a first punch, the first control means (7) including a compaction cam (9) for moving the first punch (3) into a compaction position, said compaction cam (9) including a cam path on which said first punch (3) can move, the cam path including a planar portion (90) substantially perpendicular to the axis of the first punch (3), the planar portion (90) extending on an angular section of 5° to 170° for maintaining the first punch (3) in a compaction matrix (2) in a fixed axial compaction position during a predetermined compaction-maintaining duration, a second control means (8) of a second punch, said second control means (8) also including a means for maintaining the second punch in said matrix in a fixed axial compaction position at least during said compaction-maintaining duration in order to maintain the confinement volume, (V) during said compaction-maintaining duration, at a constant volume corresponding to the compaction volume for forming the tablet.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de presse pour fabriquer des tablettes à partir d'un mélange d'au moins un composant, comprenant : - des premiers moyens de commande (7) d'un premier poinçon, les premiers moyens de commande (7) comprenant une came de compaction (9) pour déplacer le premier poinçon (3) dans une position de compaction, ladite came de compaction (9) comprenant un chemin de came sur lequel ledit premier poinçon (3) est apte à se déplacer, le chemin de came comprenant une portion plane (90) sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe du premier poinçon (3), la portion plane (90) s'étendant sur une section angulaire comprise entre 5° et 170° pour maintenir le premier poinçon (3) dans une matrice (2) de compaction à une position axiale de compaction fixe pendant un temps de maintien en compaction déterminé, des deuxièmes moyens de commande (7) d'un deuxième poinçon, les deuxièmes moyens de commande (8) comprenant également des moyens pour maintenir le deuxième poinçon dans ladite matrice à une position axiale de compaction fixe au moins pendant ledit temps de maintien en compaction, de manière à maintenir, pendant ledit temps de maintien en compaction, le volume de confinement (V) à un volume constant correspondant au volume de compaction pour former la tablette.
