A device for freezing fluid substances using a fluid refrigerant, particularly liquid nitrogen, comprising a conveying channel (2) for conveying the substance to be frozen and the fluid refrigerant. The device further includes a metering apparatus (1) for the fluid substance and a collecting apparatus (8) for the frozen substance. The metering apparatus (1) is arranged at one end of the conveying channel (2) and the collecting apparatus (8) is arranged at the opposite end thereof. The conveying channel (2) comprises, in the conveying direction, at least one non-horizontal section (3) connected to an essentially horizontal section (4) having a conveying apparatus (7).
L'objet de l'invention est un dispositif de congélation de substances fluides à l'aide d'un fluide frigorigène, en particulier à l'aide d'azote liquide, ayant un canal de transport (2) en vue de transport de la substance à congeler et du fluide frigorigène. Le dispositif inclut de plus un équipement de dosage (1) pour la substance fluide et un équipement de prélèvement (8) pour la substance congelée. L'équipement de dosage (1) est disposé à une extrémité, et l'équipement de prélèvement (8) à l'extrémité opposée du canal de transport (2). Le canal de transport (2) présente, du point de vue de la direction de transport, au moins un tronçon (3) incliné par rapport à l'horizontale, auquel s'adjoint un tronçon (4) disposé pour l'essentiel de manière horizontale, le tronçon (4) disposé pour l'essentiel de manière horizontale, le tronçon (4) disposé pour l'essentiel de manière horizontale présentant un équipement de transport (7).
