Device for the understoichiometric gasification of spent liquor from chemical pulp production under centrifu-gal influence, which device comprises an upper reactor part (1), which upper reactor part is provided with an inlet (31) having a nozzle (8) for combusting the spent liquor, a separating part (3), which is integrated with the reactor, for separating a phase, which is formed in the gasification, consisting of solid and/or molten material from a phase consisting of combustible gaseous material, and also a product liquid space (4). The separating part (3) comprises a first outlet (10) for the said phase consisting of solid and/or molten material, which outlet is arranged in connection with the lower part of the reactor part (1), in the form of a peripheral first outlet (10) which in the main follows the circumferential walls (12) of the reactor part (1), which first outlet leads to the said product liquid space (4), and also a second outlet (17) for the said phase consisting of gaseous material, which outlet is arranged in the main concentrically within the said first outlet (10).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de gazéification substoechiométrique de liqueur épuisée issue de la production de pâte chimique sous l'action centrifuge. Ce dispositif comprend une partie réacteur supérieure (1) dotée d'une entrée (31) pourvue d'une buse (8) destinée à la combustion de la liqueur épuisée, une partie de séparation (3) intégrée au réacteur et destinée à séparer une phase de matière solide et/ou fondue obtenue lors de la gazéification d'une phase de matière gazeuse combustible, et aussi un compartiment à produit liquide (4). La partie de séparation (3) comprend une première sortie (10) destinée à ladite phase de matière solide et/ou fondue. Cette sortie est aménagée en relation avec la partie inférieure de la partie réacteur (1) sous la forme d'une première sortie périphérique (10) qui suit sensiblement les parois circonférentielles (12) de la partie réacteur (1). Cette première sortie conduit jusqu'au compartiment à produit liquide (4). La partie de séparation (3) comprend une deuxième sortie (17) destinée à ladite phase constituée de matière gazeuse, cette sortie étant aménagée de façon sensiblement concentrique dans ladite première sortie (10).
