The invention relates to a device for handling drops by electrowetting through a displacement plane provided with at least one displacement path. Said path comprises an electrically insulating substrate on which two or several interdigital conductive electrodes are arranged. Said electrodes are coated with a dielectric insulating layer which is also coated with a partially wetting layer. The invention also relates to a method for producing said device according to which the production of the partially wetting layer consists in forming a mask made of a photosensitive material by applying said material to the substrate, in photolitographing, in disclosing the photosensitive material, in applying a non-wetting material to the mask, in carrying out solution annealing, in solving the mask and in carrying out at least one after-solution annealing. Said invention also relates to a system for the microfluidic analysis of a liquid sample consisting of at least one means for preparing a liquid sample coupled with at least one inventive drop handling device which is also connected to at least one means for the sample analysis.
L'invention a pour premier objet un dispositif de manipulation de gouttes sur un plan de déplacement par électromouillage, comprenant au moins une piste de déplacement. La piste comprend un substrat électriquement isolant à la surface duquel reposent deux ou plusieurs électrodes conductrices interdigitées. Ces électrodes sont recouvertes d'une couche diélectrique isolante, elles-mêmes recouvertes d'une couche partiellement mouillante. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé de fabrication du dispositif précité dans lequel la création de la couche partiellement mouillante comprend la création d'un masque en matériau photosensible par dépôt de ce matériau sur un substrat, une étape photolithographique, la révélation du matériau photosensible, le dépôt d'un matériau non mouillant sur le masque, au moins un recuit en dissolution, dissolution du masque, et au moins un recuit après dissolution. L'invention se rapporte enfin à un système d'analyse microfluidique d'un échantillon de liquide, qui comprend au moins un moyen de préparation de l'échantillon de liquide couplé à au moins un dispositif de manipulation de gouttes selon l'invention, lui-même couplé à au moins un moyen d'analyse de l'échantillon.
