The invention concerns a device comprising two cups (5, 6) screwed on a threaded rod (4) passing through the curtain (9). An annular zone enclosing the curtain is clamped between the peripheral support surfaces (8) of the cups. The rod (4) is integral with a hook supported on a suspending rail.
