The invention concerns a device for heat treating a moving target region of a biological tissue, comprising computing means (6) for estimating a position of the target region based on a signal measuring the target region. The invention is characterized in that it further comprises control means (7) for positioning a treatment point (P) in the target region based on the estimated position and a positioning delay elapsed between a measurement of the signal measuring the target region and the positioning of the treatment point (P), so as to compensate for the movement of the target region during the positioning delay. The invention also concerns a related heat treatment method.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement thermique d'une région cible en mouvement d'un tissu biologique, comprenant des moyens de calcul (6) pour estimer une position de la région cible à partir d'un signal de mesure de la région cible, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de commande (7) pour positionner un point de traitement (P) dans la région cible en fonction de la position estimée et d'un délai de positionnement écoulé entre une mesure du signal de mesure de la région cible et le positionnement du point de traitement (P), de façon à compenser le mouvement de la région cible pendant le délai de positionnement. L'invention concerne également un procédé de traitement thermique associé.
