ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device for holding a screw or the like in which a body has a generally C-shaped recess adapted to grip the screw resiliently and opening into an edge of the body to enable the body subsequently to be disengaged from the screw. The C-shaped recess is provided with inwardly projecting resilient elements thereon which grip the screw or the like.
