The holding device consists of an isolating hydraulic assembly (2) mounted on the supply branches of a cylinder (1). This isolating assembly (2) comprises a lock chamber (9) having at each of its two openings a non-return valve of which one primary valve (11) in hydraulic connection with the outlet chamber (6) of the rod (7) of the cylinder (1) mounted in a direction passing through towards this chamber and a safety valve (13) mounted passing through in the same direction, the closing of the latter being delayed with respect to that of the primary valve (11). This invention is useful for holding in position the rod of all cylinders in particular under load and is of interest for all manufacturers of hydraulic equipment, particularly hoist cylinders, as well as for users.
Le dispositif de maintien se compose d'un ensemble hydraulique d'isolement (2) monté entre les branches d'alimentation d'un vérin (1). Cet ensemble d'isolement (2) comprend un sas (9) présentant à chacun de ses deux orifices un clapet anti-retour dont un clapet primaire (11) en liaison hydraulique avec la chambre de sortie (6) de la tige (7) du vérin (1) monté passant dans le sens vers cette chambre et un clapet de sécurité (13) monté passant dans le même sens, la fermeture de ce dernier étant différée par rapport à celle du clapet primaire (11). Cette invention s'applique au maintien de la tige de tous les vérins notamment sous charge et intéresse les fabricants d'organes hydrauliques, notamment de vérins de levage, ainsi que les utilisateurs.
