The footing elements (30) are spaced apart longitudinally of the plate (24) and extend rearwardly therefrom. A first connector structure (40) which includes an elongated, longitudinally extending tab (44) is located at one end of the device (20). The footing elements (30) each including a respective second connector structure (42) in the form of a tab receiving opening (54). Each of the tab receiving openings (54) is configured to receive and mate with the tab (44) of the first connector element (40) to thereby form a secure connection therebetween.
