DEVICE FOR IDENTIFYING MICROORGANISMS ABSTRACT A device for identifying microorganisms and based in biochemical tests is composed of a set of containers, each containing reagents for the identification of such microorganisms and all assembled on a single supporting member on which there are reported a series of marks which conjoin all the containers in which all the bioche- mical tests take place, which are sufficient to identify a specific microorganism. The marks have different lengths, colours and graphical form and can also be partially replaced by symbols and/or numbers. In the case in point the application of the device in question for the identification of the pathogenic species of the Candida genus will be described.
