A device is proposed for ophthalmologic microsurgery, in particular for improving the drainage of the aqueous humor in the eye of a living being. The device (200), which comprises an endoscope (25) and which is connected to a monitor screen (20) has a probe with at least a first channel co-axially disposed therein and is provided with optical elements for focusing and transmitting images from the viewing field in the eye (10) and wherein the tube-shaped probe (30) is further provided with a working channel which houses a surgical tool that is axially movable therein for carrying out microsurgery on the tissue of the trabecular meshwork (9) so that by means of the oscillating and/or vibrating tool a passageway for connecting the anterior chamber (V) with the Schlemm's canal (8) can be prepared.
