A device (10) for inducing saccadic eye movement in a subject utilizing a source of power which activates a multiplicity of visual signaling elements (14). The visual signaling elements are mounted in a structure (16) such that the elements are placed at a certain level and angle relative to the eye or eyes of the subject. The visual signaling elements are sequentially activated in a back and forth manner.
