The invention concerns a device for injecting a solid medicine (10) comprising a body (2) inside which moves along a general forward moving axis (X-X) a bevelled (34) needle (4) wherein is introduced the medicine (10), said injection device (1) further comprising retaining means for preventing the medicine from falling (10) prior to being injected. The invention is characterized in that the medicine (10) is retained through an elastic deformation imparted to the needle (4) by the retaining means or by an elastic deformation of the retaining means themselves, or still by the combined flexibility of those two means.

Dispositif d'injection pour l'injection d'un médicament solide (10) comprenant un corps (2) à l'intérieur duquel se déplace selon un axe d'avance général (X-X) une aiguille (4) à biseau (34) dans laquelle est introduit le médicament (10), ce dispositif d'injection (1) comprenant en outre des moyens de retenue pour prévenir la chute du médicament (10) avant injection, caractérisé en ce que ce la retenue du médicament (10) est réalisée par une déformation élastique imprimée à l'aiguille (4) par les moyens de retenue ou par une déformation élastique des moyens de retenue eux-­mêmes, ou encore par une combinaison de la flexibilité de ces deux moyens.
