The device relates to expansion and calibration of profile pipes, such as profile liners, with cylindrical threaded ends in their installation in a well. The device consists of several in-series connected mandrel assemblies, each of them comprises a housing with a central straight-through channel and inclined slots, in which rams are fastened and hinge-connected through pushers, tightened with respect to the housing, with a spring-loaded rod, accommodated in the central straight- through channel of the housing. Rods of the upper mandrel assemblies are spring-loaded for holding the rams in nonoperating position, and of the lower assemblies - in operating position. The lower mandrel assembly is provided with a choke. Maximum diameter of the circle, circumscribed about each mandrel assembly in its working position, decreases from the upper assembly to the lower one to the diameter of a circle, inscribed into the profile liner upon its hydraulic expansion. The invention increases serviceability and reliability of the device in expansion of profile pipes with cylindrical ends and threaded connections under conditions of clay mud presence in a well and sloughing of rocks.
La présente invention vise à élargir et à calibrer des dispositifs constitués de tubes profilés munis d'extrémités cylindriques filetées lors de leur mise en place dans un puits. Ce dispositif comprend plusieurs éléments de carottage rattachés en série les uns aux autres, chacun de ces éléments comprenant un corps muni d'un canal de passage central et de rainures inclinées dans lesquelles des mâchoires sont disposées, lesquelles sont fixées de manière articulée à une tige à ressort placée dans le canal de passage central du corps à l'aide de poussoirs serrés par rapport au corps. Les tiges des éléments de carottage supérieurs sont remontées dans le sens de rétention des mâchoires en position non fonctionnelle, tandis que les tiges des éléments de carottage inférieurs sont remontées dans le sens de rétention des mâchoires en position fonctionnelle. Le dernier élément de carottage comprend un raccord. Le diamètre maximum d'un cercle circonscrit autour de chaque élément de carottage en position fonctionnelle diminue depuis l'élément supérieur en direction de l'élément inférieur jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne une valeur égale au diamètre d'un cercle inscrit dans la vanne d'arrêt après son expansion hydraulique. Cette invention permet d'accroître le rendement et la fiabilité de ce dispositif lors de l'expansion de ses structures constituées de tubes profilés munis d'extrémités cylindriques et d'assemblages filetés en présence dans un puits de boues argileuses et d'éboulement de roches.
